Not much activity in the past week. I've been reminding myself that I have a business to run.

I have been asked a lot about the 2020. Mostly about what I thought of the event and the outcomes. I've already said how extraordinary the experience was. There are a couple of other things I've considered over the past week:

If nothing else comes of it - the idea that ideas matter, and that the people are being asked for their ideas. That is big, new and important.

People have commented that  big outcome ideas look like ones that have been thought of before or were already on the agenda in some way or another. My thoughts are that we could not discard them because they are already on the agenda, we had to confirm that that is where they should be. They are not new ideas, but they are important ones.

I think if we did it all again we would now be free to come up with those innovative, out-of-the-box ideas that everyone was expecting. We've talked about the big stuff, and we've been waiting a long time to do that.

The trick now is to continue the conversations. Its amazing how quickly we can get back into our normal busy lives. It would be a shame to lose the momentum
